Dear JP,

Mike and Janice at Amantani Island, Lake Titicaca

Our trip was great; everything went according to plan.  We had a wonderful trip, thanks to you and your agents on the ground in Peru and Ecuador. We have recommended 'Peru For Less' to several friends who are interested in a wonderful experience! Thanks for all your help!

Hi Abby,

We had a great time in Peru and thanks very much for all the help we got from PFL. It requires a lot of trust when booking holiday travels with someone on the other side of the world over the Internet. You and Liz always responded to my questions very quickly and with a lot of information. While we were in Peru, everything was well organized. The pick-ups were always on time, the people from PFL were always polite and very friendly. I can't believe you actually sent someone to pick us up from the train station and walked us to the bus station at Machu Picchu - It was just a 1 or 2 minute walk. But this arrangement helped us avoid the crowd arriving with us on the same train and we got on the first bus without queuing at all. We really enjoyed the service provided by PFL, you were very flexible and attentive to details. Again, thanks very much and I am looking forward to book my next holiday in South America again with you.

Regards,
Deng & Xin

Hi to all in Peru For Less,

Coming from Singapore, after flying for more than 34 hours, I am very grateful that I have chosen the correct travel agent for my 15-day Peru trip.

he itinerary had given my dad and I ample time to rest and acclimatize to the high altitude. The tours were evenly spread out, with sufficient free time for us to explore all the gorgeous cities on our own. We met a number of tourists on the way, and heard their complaints on canceled tours due to delay as their package was very tight. A British couple was very envious of our itinerary when I showed it to them, and they blamed themselves for not doing enough homework. It reminded me of a friend who signed up with a prestigious travel agent last year with her hubby and paid a huge sum to tour Peru and Chile. They had her name wrong on all internal flights within Peru which caused unnecessary delays, and they had tour guides that either did not appear on time or totally forgot about them. She spent quite a sum to call the travel agent numerous times to resolve the issues encountered on her way. I am fortunate that all these never happened to me. The local guides were always there on time, if not, earlier.

Honestly, the arrangement done by Peru For Less far exceeded my expectation, including the mode of transportation. This shows how thoughtful you were in deriving the itinerary for your clients. I appreciate all your help beginning with the day I contacted you, and after a reply from Juan, the rest is history.

The local and travel guides were fabulous and professional. There are a few which I would like to commend specifically. Both the tour guide and driver which brought us to Colca Canyon (2 days) were very helpful and attentive, and we had great fun along the way. The local/tour guide and driver in Lima were simply wonderful and entertaining. The guide, Edgar, explained very clearly the history of Lima, and he did not hesitate to explain again if necessary, a very patient person indeed. The driver in Lima, despite having communication difficulties, is the most hardworking and helpful guy I had ever seen, and I am very impressed by his passion and work attitude.

Not forgetting Juan and Carolina for their patience and help in the initial stage, especially Juan for his quick response to my ever-changing requests.

Overall, the experience was awesome and memorable, and I am very pleased with the arrangement done by Peru For Less. I will definitely encourage my friends here in South East Asia to sign up with Peru For Less if they were to travel to South America. Now, my next question is, when should I sign up with you again for my trip to Argentina or Chile?

Once again, thanks for everything!

Abby,

Thank you for all of your help in planning our adventure in Peru!

Having a guide to interpret the ruins and point out local flora and fauna is invaluable and adds so much value to the tour! Our guide, Sylvia, was wonderful on the hike to Machu Picchu and during the tour to the ruins the second day.

Maria and Juan Carlos were great guides on the Sacred Valley tour and the stop at Awana Kancha Living Museum was certainly a pleasant surprise for us!

The hostel rooms in Cusco were comfortable and clean, but we were impressed with the Rumi Wasi at Aguas Calientes - it surpassed our expectations! After a hot and difficult day climbing Machu Picchu, it was nice to have such a comfortable place to rest!

Again, thank you for helping us plan a once in a lifetime memory! Friends here at home are jealous of our experience and we are recommending your services to everyone.

Dear Abby,

We can't thank you enough for the wonderful four days in Peru you organized for us. We were a little nervous leaving our cruise ship and casting ourselves adrift in an unknown country but the staff at Peru For Less were extremely competent. The hotel you chose for us in Cusco was the best hotel I have ever stayed in, (Libertador) Cusco is a lovely fascinating place and our guide was excellent. We felt we were being looked after by a true Inca!

I wish we could have stayed longer. The train ride to Aguas Calientes is unforgettable and Machu Picchu of course is just amazing, how did they build it? I don't believe we could do it even now with all our technology. Our guide at the Inca town was excellent and very knowledgeable. Again, another day there would have been good but we had to catch up with our ship. Cusco is a lovely fascinating place and our guide was excellent. We felt we were being looked after by a true Inca!

We will recommend Peru For Less to all our friends.

Thanks again,
Graham and Joan, Derby UK

Dear Peru for Less

Wanted to take this moment to specially thank Andrea Martinez in Cuzco for all of her hard work in making my trip go so smoothly. I was in Cuzco for the Machu Pichu tour and unfortunately the massive Inca Strike occurred which pretty much shut down the whole area. However, Andrea and her crew worked so hard and diligently to make alternative arrangements to get me to Machu Pichu. Had it not been for them, I would have never gotten to Machu Pichu and my trip would have been ruined. But it turned out to be one of the most awesome travel experiences I've ever had. Thank you sooooooo much!

Dear Peru for Less!

Thank you very much for your excellent job! We were really surprised with the quality of your service. All our tour guides were superb. Special thanks to Christina from Cuzco for her help and smiling face. Our tour included Lima, Nazca, Colca Canyon, Areguipa, Cuzco and Machu Picchu. All our hotels were great. We choose 3 star hotels with the exception of Arequipa where we stayed in the centrally located Sonesta Posada. On our way back we booked a hotel in Lima for "day use" which helped us stretch our legs before the long flight back home. We used long distance bus twice (from Lima to Nazca and from Nazca to Arequipa) and were surprised with the level of comfort and service. Peru is a wonderful country and with your help we were ably to fully enjoy it.

Thanks again and we hope to see you soon.

Hi Susana

Everything was perfect. We can't really find the right words. It was an enormous experience for us. Norway is a rich country with all kind of regulations. Peru is for us something quite different from what we meet in Europe. All the historic sites and the nature, we have never seen anything like it. Our guide in Cusco, Juan Carlos, was an amazing person with enormous knowledge.

Thank you very much for all Peru For Less did for us.

Dear JP,

Our recent trip to Peru was magical, challenging, and fun. We stayed for ten days in your beautiful country and had a wonderful experience meeting people, enjoying excellent food, hiking the Inca Trail, and succeeding in the mental and physical challenge of reaching the magnificent Machu Picchu.

Along the way, we received a warm welcome from everyone we met, and your excellent arrangements made us feel safe, relaxed, and continually intrigued by your amazing history and culture. As Turkish and Egyptian travelers, we come from equally rich and magical civilizations, but the splendor of Peru is a testament to the beauty of your land and its people.

Hi Susana,

Thanks for all of the arrangements. I had a wonderful time in Peru, I wished the trip was 6 months not 3 weeks. The highlight was definitely the Inca Trail hike and the amazing scenery along the way. The group was a lot of fun and the guide was really cool and energetic.

I would definitely do it a little more leisurely next time, cramming in the sightseeing around Cusco and then the Inca Trail immediately after was pretty exhausting, but glad I did it. Andrea was very helpful as well in Cusco. I really wasn't looking for a guided tour of everything but my lack of Spanish skills definitely required that I do so for some of it, so I think it worked out well- combination of guides with enough time spent on my own.

Anyway, you have a beautiful country full of wonderful people and should be very proud. Thanks for everything. I would definitely like to visit again sometime.

Vinay
