Perhaps the true test of a great travel agent is when things go wrong. Many thanks for all you and your associates did to minimize the damage to our trip due to our traveling companion's lost passport. We feel you all definitely went above and beyond the call of duty in this case, and we are most appreciative of that. In spite of that problem, the itinerary that you worked out for us gave us many very memorable moments. Our tour guides were excellent, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic; and their love of their country was contagious. Though Machu Picchu was magnificent, the hydrofoil tour of Lake Titicaca was definitely a surprise highlight of the trip. The floating islands and the peoples who inhabit them were amazing to learn about. The restaurant you recommended in Cusco was excellent, and the tour of the Sacred Valley with ”Pachamama” as our tour guide was delightful. Thanks for a well-planned trip and all your extra help along the way?

Yes, I loved Peru! Your airlines and trains put the United States to shame. They were professional, polite, and they even served food- something that seldom happens on transportation in the US. People were friendly and proud to show us their beautiful country. I lost my passport before even leaving the Lima airport but thanks to the lady that picked us up I got it back - she remembered seeing another travel agent find it, and due to her alertness, our trip did not turn into a disaster. Our guides were great- not a single problem. We're talking about going back next year and will certainly book through Peru for Less. Your services could not have been better.

I'm a pretty picky guy and the situation was one where I got uncomfortable really easy, and Ximena held our hands real tight on the phone with emails and really took care of us. I can't say enough about the tour guides we had. They all gave 100 percent and more. We really got a lot of information about where we were—more than we ever would have expected. Peru For Less did a really fabulous job for what we feel is a very fair price. I'd use them again in a minute, and wish them the best of success!

While I realize that we had the opportunity to thank you in person, I wanted to thank you one more time, for your great assistance in planning our trip. Your accessibility and attention to detail are wonderful attributes and richly appreciated by those making their first trip to Peru . As importantly, we were very pleased with you efforts to individualize our trip to our more specific needs and interests. We had a fabulous week that appealed to each and every member of our 3 generation family (ages 10 to 70). The highlights would be many, but at a minimum would certainly include: the kindness of the Peruvian people, the Pisac market, a great rafting adventure, the Machu Picchu Pueblo Hotel and its surrounding wildlife, and of course Machu Picchu itself. The trip was WONDERFUL, and both Joanne and I are certain that Peru for Less was a big part of the great time we had. We'll recommend you to anyone. My trip to Peru was WONDERFUL. Thanks to you and your associates for doing such a great job planning the trip. Besides the spectacular scenery and archeological sites, I must say the most memorable part of my trip was visiting with the people of Peru.
